Functional Nutrition Counseling
Flourish offers Functional Nutrition Counseling alongside and independent of a Pilates practice. This approach helps restore your body’s health by analyzing your personal health history and identifying factors that affect your well-being. We work to address the underlying root causes of your health issues through dietary and lifestyle changes, helping you manage your signs and symptoms effectively. By understanding how your body systems interact, we work to identify your symptom triggers and discover ways to alleviate discomfort, empowering you to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Digestion/gut dysbioses, autoimmunites, metabolic health, weight, sleep pain management, and non diagnosed symptoms.

Lorin Klaris is the owner and founder of Flourish Pilates Wellness Studio. With a deep love for movement, mindfulness, and healing, she offers personalized Pilates and Functional Nutrition sessions for all ages and levels and is inspired to help people thrive. She received her 500 hour Pilates Certification from Club Pilates and a Functional Nutrition Counseling Certification from The Functional Nutrition Alliance. Lorin has raised three kids, has a long marriage and is also a freelance photographer specializing in photographing people and places. She is thrilled to be living and working full time on beautiful Shelter Island, where she has spent summers since early childhood. Lorin truly understands how to work with a wide variety of personality types and welcomes anyone looking to make positive sustainable changes to their health.
